Shipping costs for the Peninsula are 6.90 euros.

For shipments to a store, the shipping cost is free.

For orders over 60 euros, the shipping cost is free.

Deliveries will be made from Spain via the company CORREOS EXPRESS. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email.

The return period is 15 calendar days from when the customer receives the order.

You can make your return at our physical store, or send us the merchandise, in which case all shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The garments must be in perfect condition, with their corresponding label and packaging, and you must also provide proof of purchase. Otherwise, Plumeti reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once verified, and provided everything is in order, we will proceed to refund the amount using the same payment method used for the order. For returns in our physical store, a voucher with no expiration date will be issued, or it will be exchanged for another item; in no case will the amount be refunded.

*Returns will not be accepted for jewelry, belts, bags, party items, and accessories.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear features a protective device that prevents it from being tried on or worn. If you wish to return them, it is essential that they retain the label and the protective device.

*IMPORTANT: For all orders over 60.00 euros, shipping is free. In the event of a customer returning any item to a PLUMETI store, the costs will be borne by the customer.

Returns of orders over 60.00 euros:

If you make a return and the total amount of the items you ultimately keep is less than 60.00 euros, PLUMETI will deduct 6.90 euros for shipping costs from the refund amount.

This condition applies whether you return one item, several items, or the entire order.

You may return your online purchase at our physical store in Córdoba by presenting the purchase invoice sent to your email or by printing the invoice from the “my orders” section on our website.

In this case, you will be issued a store credit voucher redeemable only at our physical store, with no expiration date. Under no circumstances will cash refunds be provided.

Exchanges or returns will not be processed for products that are not in the same condition as received, or that have been used beyond simply opening the product.

It is only possible to process returns for products purchased in our online store.

*For hygiene reasons, bikinis and swimsuits may only be exchanged or returned if they retain the hygienic adhesive strip.

Returns will not be accepted for costume jewelry, belts, handbags, party items, and accessories.

In the event that you believe the product has any flaw or manufacturing defect, you must contact us immediately via the provided email address, indicating the damage the product has sustained, and we will instruct you on how to proceed.

We would like to inform you that all products sent are carefully inspected to prevent such situations.

Returns to physical stores are free of charge.

*IMPORTANT: All orders of 60.00 euros or more will ship for free. If a customer returns any item to a PLUMETI store, the costs will be borne by the customer.

If you make a return and the total value of the items you ultimately keep is less than 60.00 euros, PLUMETI will deduct 6.90 euros for shipping costs from the refund amount.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive the refund via the same payment method used for the purchase, with shipping costs being deducted.

The refund period is up to 15 business days from the time we receive your return at our store. During periods of high demand such as sales, Black Friday, or promotions, the refund period will be up to 20 business days.
